What is Internet TV?
An internet television is a television which is preconfigured to display online content once connected to the World Wide Web. Or can be a device such as the Apple TV, which is a set top box that plugs directly into your standard television.
These devices are usually capable of presenting online content such as YouTube, radio and images. Panasonic’s line of internet enabled televisions includes compatibility with the following services: Amazon Video on Demand, Picasa Web Albums, Bloomberg News, Weather channels, eBay and Twitter.
The user interface tries to be friendly, and simplify the basic functions for the user. These TVs are not that popular at the moment, so it will be interesting how they will fit in the television market.
